Translation:

A Baptist dude and head of the denomination’s in-house publishing cash cow stood up at a meeting and raved about the denomination’s in-house book division and the growth of the denomination’s in-house retail division and then it all got issued to the world by the denomination’s in-house publicity unit and we thought it was news so we printed it.

Okay, would I have done this if it anyone other than Lifeway? Probably not.
