Rush Order Stuck
Shouldn’t a “White Hot Rush” order from Friday — placed before noon — have shipped on Friday? Or Monday? Or Tuesday? Needless to say, my customers didn’t get their new Chris Tomlin album.

Turned out it was Chris Tomlin that was the problem. The rush orders are offered only on backlist; so the order was re-routed into a railway siding on a far section of the tracks.
